Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

Conditions for Returns and Right of Inspection
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you are entitled to inspect and try on the products to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to how you would in a physical retail store.
To receive a full refund, items should ideally be returned in their original packaging and with tags attached. If the goods show signs of usage, wear, or damage that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, we reserve the right to deduct a compensation for the diminished value of the goods from your refund.
Please note that all products are made to order after purchase. Minor variations in color, print placement, and sizing may occur due to the production process, which do not affect your legal rights.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants),
- custom or personalized products (items uniquely created to your specific personal instructions, which does not apply to our standard catalog designs),
- personal care goods,
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been processed.
Once approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. In accordance with statutory law, the entire refund process will be completed no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account.
